We're back this year with the Backstage Boudin Broadcast! We'll be featuring some fun facts from this year's newest additions to the Boudin, Bourbon & Beer lineup. Meet the chefs below!

Today's "Backstage Boudin Broadcast" features Chef Aaron Bugaur of Patois Restaurant in New Orleans. Aaron is a Boudin, Bourbon & Beer alumn, participating in the event since it's first year. This year, he has big plans for his station- including some of his well known chef friends. Check it out below!

Can you tell us what you're cooking thsi year?: Here's a hint- it will be a collaboration with a couple of other New Orleans chefs & it is going to be very fun

If you weren't a chef, what would you be?- Carpenter or a woodworker. I'd love to make furniture
