Can you tell us what you’re cooking this year? Yes! Pastrami’d beef boudin with collard kraut, caraway cream, and black rye crumble
What are you looking forward to most? Seeing all of my NOLA chef pals and eating at all of my favorite restaurants... Herbsaint, Cochon, Dominica, and Peche. In all of my trips to NOLA, I've never been to Willie Mae's Scotch House, so I'm excited to check out the fried chicken!
What is your favorite season to cook for? I love the differences in all of the seasons, but I think fall is such a welcomed change of flavors, colors, and temperatures after a long hot summer.
