Born in Puerto Rico, Chef Javier Rosa received his Degrees in Culinary Arts from both the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and The Puerto Rico School of Tourism. He has more than 22 years of experience and orchestrates culinary feats, including superb banquets and cuisines served in luxurious surroundings with undeniable panache.

Rosa spent 15 years with the world renowned Ritz Carlton Hotel Group, serving as Executive Chef in domestic and international brand hotels. He has traveled throughout Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean experiencing authentic Parisian, Italian, German, Korean, Thai and Japanese cuisine. He takes his passion for food and fuses it with his international experiences.

His creativity and organizational skills have brought him international recognition. He has thrilled the palates of kings, queens and famous personalities from around the world. Chef Rosa has experienced a unique professional trajectory; from opening a hotel in Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Grand Cayman, Spain and many domestic ones, to cooking for The President of the United States in DC.

Chef Rosa won In the Mix Magazine Consummate Collaborations – Platinum Medal Winner for the art of plating and sharing and started to accumulate numerous accolades in newspapers and magazines. He offers a wide variety of menu ideas and recipes that make any occasion special and unforgettable.
