Hailing from Oxford, Mississippi, Tori Brooke Rawson initially began her culinary journey with artistic aspirations, decorating cakes at a local bakery and eventually pursuing an art degree at Ole Miss. Upon realizing she had a passion for flavor combinations as well, Tori Brooke turned her attention to the restaurant scene and started crafting plated desserts. Six years later, her pastry experience includes working under Dwayne Ingraham and John Currance of the City Grocery Restaurant Group, Kelly Fields of Willa Jean, Alon Shaya of Domenica, and Susan Spicer of Bayona, where Tori Brooke currently serves as Head Pastry Chef.
