“Backstage Boudin Broadcast” is headed to Alabama to chat with Chef Bill Briand of Fisher’s Orange Beach in Orange Beach, AL. Chef Bill has spent a big part of his culinary career working with both co-chairs, Emeril Lagasse & Donald Link and we are so excited to welcome him to New Orleans for his first Boudin, Bourbon & Beer in November!
