What are you most looking forward to at Carnivale du Vin?: "I am so excited to work with old friends, serve and eat great food and raise money for what I consider to be the most important part of us and our lives...our children."
If you could have a foundation of your own, what would it be for?: "I actually started the Florida chapter of Common Threads; which educates children on nutrition and physical well-being and fosters an appreciation for cultural diversity through cooking."
What is your favorite kitchen gadget?: "A Gray Kunz spoon."
What type of music do you like to listen to when you're cooking?: "ALL! From old hip hop to rock n roll to Johnny Cash to Mana"
