FAVORITE NEW INGREDIENT:
Refined Avocado Oil. I like using this oil because it’s has great health benefits and it has the highest smoke point of any natural oil. I use it in salads and when I’m roasting and grilling vegetables. It also goes well in soups and with seafood.
BEER OR BOURBON:
Beer, I love to use it when I grill. I make a mean beer can chicken.
BEST MIDNIGHT SNACK:
Warm chocolate chip cookies and milk
