Chef Scott Plumley has been working in the Florida Panhandle for most of his career, save for a couple of years spent in Nashville. He first joined Chan’s Craft Bar in October 2015 as Executive Chef opening the Grand Blvd and Grayton Beach locations prior to taking the role as Culinary director for all 4 Craft Bar and 3 Wine Bar restaurants (with more yet to come).

Growing up on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Plumley was inspired of course by the region’s abundance of fresh fish along with strong roots in Southern and Creole Cuisine. During his 25 years of restaurant experience, Scott has worked with respected chefs including Philippe Robles, Gary Serrafin, Josiah Citrin, Matt Mauldwin & Johnny Earles.

When he isn’t working, Scott is an avid “golfer” and enjoys spending time with his Wife Erin.
