Boudin, Bourbon & Beer is going
“Back to the Table”
After the devastating impact of the pandemic on the hospitality industry, we have made the decision to not host our Boudin, Bourbon & Beer festival in its beloved format for 2021. This year, we are excited to bring Boudin, Bourbon & Beer “Back to the Table.” During the month of November, participating restaurants will feature boudin dishes, Abita Beer, and cocktails from Buffalo Trace and Sazerac brands. We will be sharing these specials here and on our social media channels.
We will also continue the mentorship components of Boudin, Bourbon & Beer through a special internship program. Participating restaurants will welcome student mentees into their kitchens for an unmatched learning opportunity.
We greatly appreciate the ongoing support of our restaurant community. Food is at the core of our mission to inspire, mentor and enable youth to reach their full potential through culinary, nutrition and arts education, and our partner restaurants play a vital role in the success of our fundraising efforts throughout the year.
