Chef Jennifer Cole is currently Chef de Cuisine at Bacchanal Fine Wines and Spirits. Her robust 25+ years experience includes leadership positions under Michelin star winners, Jean Paul Vinay (sous-chef) and Andres Madigral (chef de cuisine); locally, Chef Jennifer has worked under James Beard Award winner, Susan Spicer. Accolades and awards include the title ‘Best Female Chef in Madrid’ by El Pais newspaper (Spain, 2007), the only female American chef invitee to the International Cognac Summit (Cognac, France 2014) and cooking opportunities for King of Spain, Felipe de Borbon, among other important figures. In addition to an impressive tutelage, Jennifer’s background includes restaurant ownership and opening (La Mujer Gala, Brooklyn NY and Cornucopia, Madrid) as well as consultation. Chef Jennifer brings both ample experience and extensive knowledge in various cuisines including Spanish (Basque and Catalan as well), French and Italian to Bacchanal’s culinary program.
