Allison Richard is the chef of High Hat Cafe.  She began her career in hospitality by attending John Folse Culinary Institute in her hometown of Thibodaux, LA.  Post graduation she worked under acclaimed chefs Frank Brigtsen and Susan Spicer, where she honed her craft before joining Adolf Garcia at High Hat.  Relying on her strong cultural background and creative drive, Allison has found the perfect home at High Hat, interpreting classic Southern cooking with modern sensibilities.
